Today's Hero and a Hero for Life

Not that I have a hero every day but today I read this article over at the New York Times about Sir David Attenborough and just wanted to quote what he said, from his PBS program called Attenborough’s Life Stories.

“The natural world is the greatest of all treasures. And yet in my lifetime we have damaged it more severely than in the whole of the rest of human history.” 

Not something we as a generation, should be proud of......
